About Cardiff Business Online

Cardiff Business Online is an online directory with a difference. After investigating the many online directories around the world we found that they all suffer from a number of flaws. When businesses join a national online directory their profile is usually lost in thousands and sometimes millions of profiles. Businesses pay to join a directory but as their business evolves and grows this is not reflected in their online profile. Their profile is usually changed infrequently. Online directories on the whole don't usual make the profiles very dynamic. In other words they don't use methods to promote the businesses profile regularly. The profiles are static and not dynamic. The reason a company wants to have an online profile on a directory is part of it's strategy to increase it's online presence. These profiles should be highlighted regularly in order for more people to read the profiles and in turn go to the business website or visit the business premises.

Through networking and working with businesses in Cardiff last year I gained feedback that businesses in Cardiff were constantly looking for ways of getting more footfall to their traditional and online businesses. We want to help local people to find businesses they can trust in the Cardiff area. We also also want to help promote local businesses so more people know about them and they get more customers! There are many businesses in the Cardiff area who have fantastic products and services. When you join Cardiff Business Online you will get an enhanced profile. You will have a whole web page within the online directory. This will include all your contact details, full page written about you and your business, opportunity to add pictures and a link to a video. We don't stop there. As your business evolves you can contact us with new information and we will change your profile accordingly on a regular basis. The profiles will not be static but dynamic. We will promote your profile offline and online. We will use social media tools such as twitter to highlight your profile to the local community regularly. We will work with you to design and promote vouchers to the local community to help increasing traffic to your business but also as a means of you thanking the public for their continued loyalty and support to your brand.
